Delivery Information
We currently deliver across South Africa. Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. We work with trusted couriers to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Balance purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, contact us at sales@houseofbalance.store or 067 685 2147. We’ll arrange collection at no cost to you. If your item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll prioritise a swift replacement.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll have the option to choose between:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit to use on your next order
- An exchange, if stock is available
